I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University in 2018 and have been working with children facing behavioral challenges since 2009. Over the years, my practice has expanded to support children, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational stress. Having worked across inner-city and suburban schools as well as community clinics, I bring a practical, real-world understanding to the therapeutic process.

At the core of my approach is Person-Centered Therapy, supplemented by specialized focus in ADHD, anxiety, depression, ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences), trauma, family relationships, and DBT-informed strategies. Grounded in person-centered principles, my work is built on a clear truth: therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

We are human, and our needs shift. What works for you on Tuesday might not work on Friday, and what helps one client may not fit another. Instead of forcing you into a corner, my job is to honor your unique experience and meet you where you are on any given day.

Together, we build a practical "bag of tools"—a set of real-world coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and communication techniques that you and your family can access whenever you need them.
