Hi there! I believe one of the most valuable experiences as a human is to be truly seen and heard. No matter where you are starting from, you are welcome in the therapeutic space. I approach therapy in a collaborative way with the knowledge that you are the expert of your own life and experiences. Together, we will humbly hold the roadmap of your life to uncover potential roadblocks present along the journey. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach, and I am conscious of tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs.

As a mental health counseling intern, I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental safe space for you to explore various parts of yourself and foster growth while feeling truly seen and heard.

I utilize Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic approaches. I see children and adults of all age ranges. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

I look forward to connecting with you!
