Jane is a master’s-level Clinical Psychology student at the Michigan School of Psychology. She is drawn to therapy as a place where people can slow down, feel deeply seen, and become more curious about themselves without judgment. I believe people hold an innate capacity for growth, and therapy creates space for that potential to unfold.
Jane utilizes a relational approach, collaborative, and grounded in the present. She is especially interested in the ways our relationships, bodies, identities, and experiences shape how we move through the world. Jane is drawn to questions of authenticity, belonging, meaning, and the patterns we develop over a lifetime. Her hope is to offer warmth, openness, curiosity, and a willingness to sit with both the beautiful and difficult parts of being human.
Outside of the therapy room, Jane is a wife and mother. She loves trying new recipes, making things with her hands, working with the land, dancing with eyes closed, and being near water that reminds me how small we are.
