Amanda completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. Amanda works with clients across the lifespan and has experience supporting those with but not limited to: anxiety, depression, communication, relationships, ADHD, and autism. She devotes herself to creating a safe space where people feel validated, supported, and encouraged. She believes in a strengths-based approach to mental health and is dedicated to helping individuals discover the power they have within themselves to overcome life’s challenges. Amanda’s curiosity provides a space where you can feel seen and understood, without judgement. Her goal is always to provide a space where you can grow and evolve into your highest potential, and most importantly, at your own pace.

Amanda utilizes a depth oriented approach to her sessions which promotes healing, self awareness and growth.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, singing, and having impromptu dance parties with her two children.
