I practice from the belief that we are mind, body, and spirit, and implement that framework in session. I am passionate about collaborating with individuals to heal, evolve, and reconnect with themselves. I work from a trauma-informed and evidence-based perspective, which allows me to create space where clients feel understood and empowered, and where lasting change is made.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, religious trauma, substance use, relational challenges, and life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about working with transitional-age adults, those moving through major life shifts such as college, early career, identity development, and independence
